Ashwaganda Latte

 Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of milk (almond, coconut, or milk of your choice)
    If using coconut milk, we suggest a portion of ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup water)
  • ½ Teaspoon SANITA Health & Wellbeing Ashwagandha powder
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Manuka honey (optional)

How To Make

  1. Warm the milk, then add the powdered spices & honey
  2. Stir well, using a whisk to blend.
  3. Pour into cup and drink an hour before bed.
